Shipping policy

Please allow 14 days for postage.  For personalised name prints we ask for 14 days from the date the order was placed, but will endeavour to send as soon as possible.  Please get in touch directly to discuss deadlines for bespoke commissions, both digital and hand-drawn.  All subject to availability.  We regret that returns and refunds are not possible for the personalised goods unless they are faulty. The product images, are as realistic as possible but please do not hesitate to ask any questions or for advice on how best to proceed if you aren’t sure.
